I only read the history of King Rock Tombs from other reviews :-) We climbed to visit the empty tombs. It is practically easy climb for the sportive people and what we got, was the best breathtaking..... more

Beautiful panoramic view of Amasya from the top. And that’s about it. Steps to the top are very poorly maintenance- there’s work going on the wooden steps and so you have to use the stone steps half the way up. Place looks like it needs serious maintenance.

The view of the tombs as a city backdrop is beautiful! However there isn't much to see when viewing then up close. The climb to the tombs make for a good view point of the amazing city of Amasya My Instagram- Corey_Canadian_Traveler
