You need to have a dedicated space for patrons who are walk-ins and that is where the tasting room should be open during regular business hours. I have been to Portland, OR and I am from Vancouver, we have tonnes of breweries like yours with easy access tasting rooms. We came by to Lofoten Pils during regular business hours and the large industrial pull down door was half open, we snuck our head inside and one of the owners was busy giving a beer tour. He seemed annoyed that we interrupted him, and we simply said, "Hello, we would like to buy some beer". He said go up these flights of stairs, my sister will open the door, I am in the middle of a tour. His sister was wonderful, she put together what was an overpriced collection of six beers for about 25 euros. The beer is honestly not that good, sorry I am comparing it to more flavourful and high alcohol content beers, so perhaps given the alcohol restriction, their hands are tied. Anyways, perhaps you guys can develop stronger beers for the liquor store only. Of course, we are grateful that we even found a brewery and it is a great idea, but this family does not have a history of brewing.
