Hard hike. Bring enough food, patience and time. No need for a lot of water cause you can use the waterfalls. Do not do it with bad weather. It is a very steep and technical hike for more experienced people. Took us about 4 hours from start and back. If you make it to the top you will have an awesome view. One of the best in Geiranger.

great trip! Me and my mother walked from Solbakken to Laushornet in a total of 7.5 hours at a very leisurely pace (as this was her first summit trip) with a lunch break at the top. It is estimated that an experienced hiker spends around 5 hours. Quite a demanding hike after Storseterfossen when there is a lot of loose gravel on steep inclines. Fantastic view at the top, Recommended!!
