We stayed within walking distance so we had good access. We enjoyed the immersion and the mud etc, floating was fun. A really interesting thing to do.

I read a lot about it, but experiencing the Dead Sea first hand was special. Yes, the newspaper-reading-in-the-water-trick works as it should in theory - you really can read comfortably and not sink!
