I have always found the staff to be very professional and courteous. They are also very well stocked and up to date. Very patient with slightly fussy customers :-D I noticed the extreme honesty of the owner, as in the past when I wanted to take a natural product for a child, he very honestly advised against it (instead indicating other strategies at no cost) going against his economic interests. Really rare quality nowadays, but in my opinion it pays in the long run for those looking for quality and not placebo effects.
