Create an itinerary including Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation
At Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation, discover how to harvest, roast, and prepare kopi luwak--the famous (or infamous) beverage made from coffee cherries partially digested by the Asian palm civet, known locally as the luwak. See each step in the production process, including the luwaks themselves, before sampling the prized coffee. If the thought of drinking something that has already been eaten once puts you off, you can always enjoy a sweet tea instead. The wooden viewing platform where you enjoy your hot drink provides sweeping views of the neighboring terraces of rice paddies. • The entrance fee is IDR100,000 per person. For that you get a free tour of their coffee plantation, a coffee and snack of your choice. The guide we got was helpful and described each segment of the coffee making procedure very well. He also explained about the plants and trees present there and it’s importance in Bali. We also tried the Luwak Coffee but it turned out to be too strong for my liking. Parking space was also sufficient. Overall great experience.
  • Great tour! Our guide spoke great English and explained all about the process of growing and roasting coffee. As well as a few other crops such as cocoa, vanilla etc. The entrance price was very reasonable at 100,000 IDR each which included 1 meal and 1 drink set each. The view is beautiful too, the cafe overlooks the valley with the plantation below.
