AMV Atelier-Musee Du Verre, Trelon

Very friendly people. Although we didn't want to wait for the guided tour (because it was only in French), they gave us some information about the museum beforehand. Somewhere in the middle of our visit, one of the guides came to us and gave us some more information. They have a large screen with a joystick so you can virtually walk around in the building of so many years ago. You can see people blowing glass bottles. The quality of the animation wasn't the best, but you could clearly see how everything worked. You didn't even need a guide (although a guided visit would be a plus). Then at the end of our visit, we could see a demonstration of 2 people blowing several types of glass. They gave us some more information on what they were doing, and the steps in the process. Eventually they also showed us some different techniques to do it. The toilets could get some updates though, the toilet doors don't really close the well. I really liked the time at the museum and I think I learned several things from my time there.

Well worth a visit.
