10 min hike by staircase. The hike is pretty easy as there are many trees for shades. Good view of the city.

The way to the panoramic view over Rouen by bike is fun (but obviously steep). You can also go on foot or by car (not a lot of parking space). We went there in the early evening and saw a beautiful sunset.
