It's worth driving up to have a look. We got some subway and went up and had breakfast. It was nice You can walk up higher but that's for other people.

Another spot to visit in Tamworth, the lookout presents the unbelievable experience especially during the sunset. It is a fabulous moment to enjoy the sunset from higher place. Visitors should not miss the moment to visit the lookout if you are in Tamworth.

A few walks start here. It is actually a pretty good spot to either chill or reset before you go to the next walk. We tried seeing sunset but it got too cloudy. Still good view. Plenty of parking and clean public toilets. Very well maintained roads coming uphill to this lookout.
