I booked for a tour and they removed the tour product I chose. Have been on a email thread since March 2020 where they eventually stated they would refund me. They keep stating they don’t know when they can refund but that’s been over 14 months ago. I’ve continuously chased and they are just ignoring. I’d encourage people to go to fair trading and ombudsman like I will

Made a booking in Aug 2021 of which was cancelled 2 Sep 2021. Still waiting for refund and keep getting given the runaround by the company. Happy to take the money and acknowledge they need to refund but am still waiting. Have contacted the company multiple times but keep getting blown off , last excuse " I have emailed the finance manager and unfortunately cannot advise you until I hear back". No customer service as that was 2 months ago.
