It’s a really good day out for family. It was chucking it down and we had nothing to do. Came to the museum and it brightened up our day. They have real planes ranging from the 1900s to modern day. They have simulators which were fun. They have a full motion one where you can go upside down. They also. It really makes you feel like your in a fighter jet. They also have a red arrow one. It really makes you appreciate the skill needed to be a pilot. I’m the other building they have the first computers and you even get the chance to lift up a car with just your strength. I would really recommend this place!
It was a fantastic experience and must have taken a lot to set it up. Lots to see and do, the cotton mill demonstration was particularly interesting. Well planned out museum easy to understand information plaques. Lovely children's interactive activities. Highly recommend chatting to the informative staff about the exhibitions, they are really helpful and knowledgeable.
