Sitting on flat land between two chains of scenic mountains and close to the Tigris River, Duhok has experienced a growth in tourism in recent years.
Family-friendly places like Zawa Mountain and Azadi Park will thrill your kids. Explore hidden gems such as Rabban Hormizd Monastery and Azadi Panorama. Take a break from Duhok with a short trip to Zakho Bridge. in Zakho, about 46 minutes away.
