Protected from the Atlantic by sand spits and barrier islands, Lagos quickly grew into a mega city due to its location, and currently operates one of the continent's largest and busiest ports.
Step out of the city life by going to Lekki Conservation Centre and LUFASI Nature Park. Visit Elegushi Beach and Atican Beach for some beach relaxation. Get out of town with these interesting Lagos side-trips: Badagry (Gberefu Island (Point of No Return), Badagry Slave Museum and Black History Museum, & more), Lekki (The Henna Place, LSP Paintball, & more) and Ibadan (Bower's Tower & Agodi Gardens). Pack the 1st (Tue) with family-friendly diversions at Omu Resort. Pack the 10th (Thu) with family-friendly diversions at Hi-Impact Planet Amusement Park and Resort. Next up on the itinerary: stroll around Freedom Park, examine the collection at Kalakuta Republic Museum, make a trip to Olumo Rock, and browse the eclectic array of goods at Lekki Market.

You can plan Lagos trip in no time by asking Inspirock to help create your itinerary.
