Birthplace of the Italian Renaissance
Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.Explore hidden gems such as Historic Centre of San Gimignano and Bianco e Nero di Sonia Staccioli . Do some cultural sightseeing at Siena Cathedral and Basilica di Santa Croce. Go for a jaunt from Florence to Siena to see Piazza del Campo about 1h 15 min away. At the southernmost tip of the island of Corsica, Bonifacio is a city with chalk-white limestone outcrops sculpted into unusual shapes by the ocean.Visiting Plage de San Giovanni and La Tonnara Beach will get you outdoors. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Tamaricciu Beach and Plage de Stagnolu. When in Bonifacio, make a side trip to see L' Alivi in Sotta, approximately 54 minutes away. Majorca, or Mallorca, is largest island in the Balearic Islands archipelago.Get a sense of the local culture at Alcudia Old Town and Catedral de Mallorca. Get in touch with nature at Playa de Muro and Cala Domingos.
