Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Kick off your visit on the 11th (Sun): make a trip to Senate Square, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Temppeliaukion Church, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Helsinki Cathedral, and finally expand your understanding of the military at Sea Fortress Suomenlinna. On your second day here, appreciate the extensive heritage of The Esplanadi Park and then get in on the family fun at Linnanmaki Amusement Park.
