Often referred to as "The Paris of the North," Riga offers thriving nightlife and some of the best collections of Art Nouveau architecture in Europe.

On the 2nd (Thu), take in the spiritual surroundings of Riga Cathedral, don't miss a visit to Riga Town Hall Square, take an in-depth tour of Latvijas Okupācijas muzejs, then make a trip to Old City Riga (Vecriga), and finally browse the eclectic array of goods at Central Market (Centraltirgus). Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: steep yourself in history at Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum, pause for some photo ops at Freedom Monument, then steep yourself in history at House of the Black Heads, then get your game on at OldTown Archery Riga, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Peter's Church.

Hyderabad, India to Riga is an approximately 17-hour flight. You'll gain 3.5 hours traveling from Hyderabad to Riga due to the time zone difference. In July, Riga is little chillier than Hyderabad - with highs of 26°C and lows of 17°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Fri) so you can go by car to Kuldiga.
