The cooking class at Espai Boisa was by far my favorite thing I did when visiting Barcelona a few years ago, and that is saying a lot because Barcelona is full of great things to do. The people, setting, and food were absolutely wonderful. I learned a lot about cooking - some general methods I use all the time and some spectacular dishes that are fun to make on special occasions. The space is clean and modern, but also comfortable and inviting. For travelers, it is especially nice, since a cooking class can easily fit into a 3 or 4 hour open spot in your schedule, but it just as easily works as something fun to do on an off day. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was a truly unforgettable experience of food, friends, and fun.
