  • This ancient Church, which was built in the middle of the 17th century the order of Carmelites, began the history of the District of Gracia, which we visited on the way to the Park Güell. Architect Joseph Ferrer was a monk of the order under the pseudonym Fra Joseph de la Konsepsio and created many interesting churches, even worked on the façade of the Cathedral of Girona, which I visited in the past year. Beautiful figure of Madonna and coats of arms on the façade of the Church left the order after the Napoleonic wars. From bombing suffered heavily, but good restoration took place in the 1990s
