Anse des Cascades, Sainte-Rose

4.5
#1 of 7 in Things to do in Sainte-Rose
Anse des Cascades offers a rare opportunity to observe waterfalls springing from the face of a cliff directly into the sea. The rocky edifice resembles a chunk of Swiss cheese, with water spouting from its many holes. Even though the parking area is just a few minutes away, the site feels hidden and secluded. Walk down to the rocky beach, which lies just off the main road, or find a picnic spot under a coconut tree. The area boasts a small fishing port, several cafes, and a restaurant. • Nice setting, with beautiful waterfalls the weather is not on our side since we arrived on the island. The advantage can be tourists, so it is easy to park. I think the weekend or when it is nice it is very difficult to park.

  • The view of the waterfalls in the rain... It's bad luck, I can't be very objective.. I have to go back with the Sun, I'm sure it must be beautiful
