  • Fabulous trip up 1600 steps built by sherpas. Fantastic view on top. Challenging but we both made it my wife and I soon turning 70.

  • The view from the top is amazing and now there are stairs almost all the way to the top. There are parking lots near the tunnels or at the entrance to Reine. The stairs starts all the way down by the walking road, if you walk from Reine there will be arrows pointing to the wrong entrance so keep walking until you see the stairs. Close to the top there are no stairs and it was full of wet slippery mud so bring good shoes.
  • ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. The view from the top is mind blowing. The 'climb' is actually a set of stone stairs they run pretty much from bottom to top, making it accessible for almost all ages and fitness levels. I couldn't believe the view from the peak looking down on the fjords and the fishing village below. Park in the village and walk to the base.
