  • What a great wee place to visit, so much history across toys and transport. Wasn't sure whether to go but certainly glad we did!  more »

  • This place is more than a museum! It is amazing and something you definitely need the time to take in. Not only are the staff lovely and inviting but are more than happy to answer any and all questions. I would happily go and visit this place again. So much to look at and read about. My mind was blown at how much there was to look at. Everything from barbies to star wars to cars and aeroplanes. Please visit this place and support something local. Suitable for all ages.
  • When we first went in there were well laid out collections of toys are grouped together in smart display cabinets and I though wow this is great and then it all went a bit haphazard so to speak. The exhibits got a bit packed in there we many obscured from view and in the transport hangers a lot of exhibits were not labelled and were so close and packed in you could not view them properly. There was too much really it would have been better to have less on display and provide better information about each one. Some people may enjoy the randomness of how things are displayed but I found it frustrating. Many vehicles were crammed with junk which I did not really understand.
