  • A great way to see the carvings on lake Taupo. It’s relaxing under sail out into the lake. The staff were very friendly and gave a very informative history of the carvings. Highly recommended when in Taupo
  • This is an amazing experience and a different way to see Lake Taupo and the Maori rock carvings. We experienced slight rough conditions with both wind and rain but didn't let that take away from the experience. They provide warm dry ponchos if needed. If you want to see the rock carvings and nothing else then try else where, but if you want to EXPERIENCE the lake and see some amazing sights then Sail Barbary is a must in Taupo
