  • My wife and I hired Little Gem for an 8 day Tour of Ireland. We had never been to the country before. They were extremely easy to contact, and helped us set up the tour. They asked about what we wanted to see, and really wanted to know what was important to us. They made a number of suggestions of places that most people don't even know about. They kept in touch with us constantly with updates. We had Robbie the first four Days, and Bobby the last four days. Both of the drivers were a lot of fun, and very informative. One of the biggest reasons we chose a private tour was the flexibility. On a bus your stuck going wherever its taking you no matter what happens to the weather. Our drivers could make last minute changes which really helped us maximize all the things we could see. They have a Farm tour I would highly recommend to anyone going. You stay at a little cottage on the farm which was really fun. They have a ton of activities you can take part in like a bog tour, sheep dog show, live folk music by the fire, and other things as well. We had an absolute blast hanging out with the local people. If your thinking of booking a private tour I highly recommend calling these guys. You will not be sorry!! Totally worth it!!
  • Wow, trip of a lifetime! I could go on and on about each of the unique experiences we were afforded on this trip. Little Gem Tours and Colm Fitzsimons made our trip. When my family and I decided to travel to Ireland, one of the first things that I did was research the best private tour companies that I could find. We didn’t want to drive in a foreign country and wanted all of the details/ itinerary to be suggested. We saw and experienced places that most people never get a chance to see and do. We loved our B&B accommodations, avoided many of the tourist traps and really traveled and experienced Ireland. Traveling with Colm was spending time with a near and dear friend. He embraced us, our likes/dislikes and made this trip truly unique to our family. Every place we went, people welcomed him and us like an old friend. We were treated so well! Every question was answered, every suggestion was spot on and each moment was covered with fun, interesting and educational detail. One of our most memorable experiences was visiting the Cliffs of Kerry, passing by all of the huge tour buses who could not make the journey down that narrow road to experience the cliffs all on our own. We also loved the Dingle Peninsula, on a private sheep farm where our kids were able to hold sheep and meet their shepherds/dogs. Colm is now forever a part of our family, our son now has a hurling stick and we will recommend Little Gem Tours to anyone traveling to Ireland! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! -The Ramey Family- Montana
