  • The mosque has an attractive facade, inviting visitors to discover the inside. This mosque is particularly unique in terms of the incredible amount of mosaic tile work used. This holy place used to be the entrance of the old city of Yazd back in 1300 AC. Another interesting fact about this mosque is that the dome built on the summer mosque is double-layered thus to cool the interior down. Brilliant idea!
  • It’s amazing historical landscape, dates back to more than 800 old. A unique, beautifully well preserved mosque in the heart of registered UNESCO world heritage Yazd old city, which itself a highly valuable touristic urban site, still occupied by its native residents, fulled with lots of historical buildings, mansions, alleys, streets, hotels, cafes, lodges and restaurants. Highly recommended to visit, You expect in every corner to find the native Yazd residents, all kind, honest, trustworthy and really helpful. Enjoy your stay and visit!
