Spanning the Zayandeh River with 21 graceful stone arches, Khaju Bridge creates a striking profile. Take a scenic walk across the structure, which extends 132 m (433 ft) in length and a little over 20 m (65 ft) in width. Explore corridors of its upper arches to get the best view of Isfahan. Stone platforms at the foot of the arches make a popular gathering spot for locals who come to listen to the river and socialize. Originally built by Tamerlane's successors, the bridge underwent a major renovation in 1642-1667 by Shah Abbas II following the model of a 33-arch bridge downstream. Loved this bridge more than 33-Pol, especially with men who sing all nights under the bridge. They've got beautiful voice and people sing with them too...lovely atmosphere! And there's a very lovely cafe there: highly recommended!

Beautiful! Go there during the evenings to relax and visit locals. Try both sides and both levels of the bridge. Each of them have a different feeling. Must visit in Isfahan! It's really authentic during the summer nights when lots of people gather and sing together.
