Trip Planner: Asia / Indonesia / Bali / Buleleng Regency / Buleleng District / Singaraja / Sekumpul Waterfalls
Discover one of Bali's hidden gems at Sekumpul Waterfalls, often considered the most beautiful of the Balinese waterfalls. Seven falls in total make up the group, the tallest of which tumbles 50 m (164 ft) down a bushy green cliff face. Getting to the falls presents a bit of a challenge, with a long drive there, followed by a short but precarious walk down slippery steps and across a bridge. Once you arrive, however, the reward is a breathtaking view from the bottom of the tallest fall. Take a dip in the plunge pool to cool off from the walk, and stand under the plummeting water if you dare. Locals at the parking lot will try to charge you to guide you to the falls, but the route is simple enough to navigate on your own. Using our world travel planner, Singaraja attractions like Sekumpul Waterfalls can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

A beautiful waterfall offering amazing views of nature. Refreshing cold and fresh water, picturesque surroundings full of greenery. This place is a paradise for photographers. The waterfall is connected with a good road and easily accessible. Parking for motorbike is available and there are small outlets to buy some drinks.
It probably took an hour or so to drive to Gitgit Waterfall in central Bali island. The falls are not immensely huge in width, although they are fairly tall. It’s a pristine natural experience to hear, see and feel the serenity of this spectacular place, far from the hustle of Bali’s urban side where my hotel was. I do go swimming in the large chest deep pool created by the waterfall.
