  • The tour was a bit rushed but this is a must see museum in San to Domingo. Rooms of Diego Colon and his wife were recreated, library, dining rooms with furniture from 16th century. Recommend.  more »

  • When I went here the museum was closed, but this building is worth seeing. The old school architecture is really cool to see. The plaza that its in has benches that over look the water and a doc with a view of a really cool bridge. If you're in the area you should make time for this. This is also the building on the back off the 1000 bill.
  • Really well done and the audio guide is excellent. The staff are so kind and helpful. Really cheerful and cordial. The items are well preserved. I only wish the museum was air conditioned because it is a very humid and sweaty situation.
