  • I took my partner out here for a look and he thought it was a great day out. We swam a little but as the water levels are quite low and not really flowing at the moment, it is a bit murky and slimy...  more »
  • Manilla itself is a sleepy little town full of historic buildings, with many stores closed - having said that it is interesting just to stroll around. There is a lovely tourist information centre...  more »

  • Despite the extremely dry and hot conditions, we really enjoyed our trip here and had lots of fun walking along the rocks in the river. I can imagine it would be a great place to swim when the river is flowing.
  • this has to be the most top place on my list to travel to. its clean and the river is so nice to hear wile you are camping.
